Sandy feels fortunate to work as part of a strong team. She and Raydell Kleve, the licensed assistant she has depended on for the last ten years, complement each
other's strengths perfectly: while Sandy likes the challenge of working with the buyer and selling the houses, Raydell enjoys doing the writing and detail work.

| Raydell came into practice with Sandy after being successful in real estate in her own right. When she decided she wanted to work fewer hours than real estate afforded, Sandy suggested she become her assistant. The arrangement has worked out beautifully. "Our attitudes about the business are identical: clients come first," says Sandy. "We are very service-oriented . . . and Raydell is fabulous. My business is as strong as it is because I have her to depend on. Raydell likes to call us a 'lean, mean working machine' because we work together so efficiently."As a result of Sandy and Raydell's strong teamwork, over 97 percent of their listings sell. |
